Still No Max Payne from my Pre Order....
 

I PreOrdered Max Payne and today's mail came and went. And no Max Payne. My question is why hasn't it arrived yet? By now I could have stopped at Best Buys and bought a copy. It's been 3 days since they mailed it out, I live in NY it should have been here. WTF! Has anyone from NY received their Pre-orderd copies yet?

Well I called my Post Office and I guess that Priority Mail from Texas takes up to 4 days to get to my area (Wed to Sat)and it's not definite, so I still may get it on Monday. They told me that I should get it by Saturday. So hopefully I can feel the "Payne" by then, Saturday.

BTW. How is the game to all of you that have it?

Sorry pal, that's bad luck for you. I almost had a seizure Wednesday when I read on Bluesnews.com that a shipment of Payne games had been detained at the US/Canada border due to some unknown reason. Check out the story at http://www.bluesnews.com/cgi-bin/boa...threadid=27037 . I NEVER "pre-order" (does that mean you order before you order?) from the company. I always just reserve a copy at my local EB and I do just fine. You have my sympathy if you cannot do this, but please do yourself a favor and try to avoid ordering from a big online company like amazon, chipsbits, etc. I've heard that they often have delayed shipping due to most games getting shipped out first to the stores. Anyway, it's a great game so far, you have much to look forward to!

I got mine from a store (not allowed to say the name) on Wednesday when they were not supposed to sell it until Friday. Dude was really helpful =)

i preordered too, and i'm still waiting (idaho). If i hadn't , i would have to drive 120 Miles to get it the day it came out. never immagined it would be a week, late, tho. I preordered diablo2 from ebworld.com and i got it a week before anyone else around here (including the retailers).i'm kinda ****ed about it, but seeing the pictures of the dnf crew pitching in calmed me down considerably. those guys rule.

There's nothing to check. All of them have been shipped (unless your card was declined, in which case we mailed you a letter telling you that).

WTF!?! This store must hittin' the pipe...who gets a game and holds it?! Mine came into the store Wednesday and I got it Wednesday.

Dabubb: Have you checked to see if your credit card has been charged? I don't think 3DR does e-mail confirmation.

i called the tech support line and they told me that mine had been shipped wed with everyone elses, so now im just waiting, thanks for the info

The same thing has happen to me as i live in Australia i have pre-ordered a copy as well but don't know when will be released in Australia
