Why is Sac rated "M"?

After playing quite a few video games I am not sure why Sac is rated "M". There is the blood during soul conversion but otherwise it could be a good game for kids. Maybe just the overall theme of Gods, Altars, and Sacrificing was too much? But, compared to most other "M" games out there Sac is a pretty tame. I've heard that the Walmart version has a "T" rating. What's different in that version?

The "T"een version has lots of pictures of N'Sync and Brittney Spears scattered all over.

The lack of teen heart-throb pics is what gives the "M"ature version its rating.

Actually, some folks just feel that any representations of blood, no matter how fantasy-oriented, can be too much for the kids. I can't really argue that. It really depends on what your particular values as a parent are. Personally, I let my stepson play all sorts of games, even when he was really little. I feel that as long as I participate and explain things to him he'll understand and not try to cast tornado at his school (ahem, yes ... anyway).

Uh... You might want to take a look at the mass amounts of blood that appear whenever you kill (or gib) someone. Those insane (albeit comic, but that's beside the point) splotches are probably the reason for the "M" rating. Plus, some of the creatures are a bit obscene, i.e. the one that lobs intestines.

And don't forget the stong sexual themes. Sorcha is wearing a thong and does pelvic thrusts when she casts a manalith, and you can see the sylph's and Abraxus' nipples.

Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level, then beat you with experience.

Now if only we could transfer some of Sorcha's animations to Abraxus' model ;P

Anyways, yeah, think about it. Tons of creatures killing each other with blood everywhere. I personally don't think the blood is horrible or something. And yeah, I think we could use more pictures of Brittney Spears in all games. It would probably encourage the sale of good games while at the same time turning me on. Think about it... play a game of Sac, then run to the bathroom, play a game of Sac, then run to the bathroom. Well, maybe not.

P.S. Oops, looks like I was getting a little cocky and wrote my name twice.

Once a Frostwulve's ass swaying held me in a trance......... (seriously). Suuuuure, there is a lotta killing and maiming, with the added sexual themes, but I find the game quite mild.

By the way, my favourite wizard is Seerix. Her voice kicks @$$.
