ummm ehhh hello?

Yeah, it would be nice to have saveable templates of hotkeys---one for each god. And a few for customs.

Reprogramming keys at the start of a mutliplayer game is a pain.

I'm with ya, dude! Gimme gimme gimme! http://www.veforums.com/smile.gif

bump!

woot woot!

i am for real, we need hotkey schemes!!!

Mysteriemoon December 20th, 2000 09:53 PM

Wouldnt it be better to have the spell and summon hotkeys kinda standardised, no matter what the god?

All the gods have ten creatures and nine spells, so WHATEVER god yr serving, the same hotkeys could be applied.

This means hotkeys for LEVELS of spell and creature, not the creatures themselves.

So yr hotkey for your level seven spell or creature will always be the same, regardless of the god.

Seems simple and workable.

YEAH!, that too! it would be awesome if i could assign key 'variable' to be 'tier two spell', or 'level 4 spell'...

anything, just arg! i am so tired of changing my hotkeys!

bump this thread, because there are a lot of people using customs now, and it seems that the Shinybeasts are working on a new patch.. a little nudge towards including a change to how key bindings are stored, is all.

god night.

I talked to Interplay PR today and an official announcement about what we are presently working on will be made next week/ beginning of February.

Rest assured that we have read all comments regarding all aspects of the game, etc.

The number one thing this game needs is attack/move, unless there is such a command and I'm missing it. Patrol and Stop commands would be handy, too.

Stef January 23rd, 2001 07:59 AM

attack/move IS in the game, simply press r or choose attack from the + menu and click on empty ground. Your wizard will order your creatures to 'advance' and they will attack any enemy they encounter on their way.

Next patch should contain bindable keys for:

Cast creature spell #
Cast spell #
Cast building spell #

where # = the nth spell in the list.

For the love of Gods,

Please give the player the option to toggle the or better yet eliminate the 'forward camera drift'.

This is killing the precision of the game. http://www.veforums.com/frown.gif
