Power: They don't look that bad to me. Alot of that, leaves and such, seems to be done with a bunch of alpha-mapped (for transparancy) polyons, so it looks more detailed than it is. (It's also the best way to do hair, but I don't recall any of the classes having much =P)

Dougy: Yes, Hap has said that beta testers will have to sign an NDA. That stands for Non-Disclosure-Agreement. Basically meaning you won't talk to non-testers about it or such (The exact terms will depend on what they decide is best).
