While the Kyro II has lots of efficiency, on higher resolutions in many games, it sometimes performs as slow as a GeForce 2 MX and Radeon SDR. (This could be due to problems with its drivers right now though.)
When FSAA is turned on, the Kyro II benchmarks faster than a GeForce 2 Ultra with FSAA turned on.
Keep in mind that the Kyro II is something like $150 in price range (since it uses SDR RAM and has less transistors than a GeForce 2), while a GeForce 2 Ultra is $350 or so.
To learn that there is a video card available that is performing better in certain aspects that costs less than half the price of a GeForce 2 Ultra is probably something that ****es off GeForce 2 Ultra owners who think they have the biggest and baddest video card.
I would definitely say Kyro II is the best card right now (as in the GeForce 3 not yet being out), due to its low price.
While in certain resolutions and games it does not go faster than a $350 video card, its performance is still pretty good considering its $150 price, and it even beats out all other cards currently out on the market when using 4x FSAA.
