Hellmouth or Silverback
 

I completed lvl 8 forstratos and can now choose charnel again...

should I?

I do have alot of stratos units and only one chranel on the one hand...but then again I hear bad things about hell mouths.

I'm not really partial to either, but I'd take silverbacks over hellmouths no question.

Save the game at the screen where you select the gods and choose Stratos, then go back to the saved game and choose Charnel. There you can try both out.

I can try both out online too but I need to know which is cooler...

P.S. is it usual to be able to switch your god at the last minute like this... it would be cool to be able to cast a hellmouth so my opponent would prepare to combat death only to hit em with a tornado http://www.veforums.com/wink.gif

I'd like to know what exactly are the abilities of all the final lvl creatures and how they compare...

Uhhh... U always get to pick from 2 gods at the end, and i dunno but how do you "prepare to battle" any type of god?

Same here. Silverbacks all the way.

Silverbacks it is then... though I do feel I have too many stratos creatures to merit making a custom.

that's fine, my custom also only has 4 lvls that aren't charnel

hehe it is sealed now.... time to see if I an beat Marduk!

P.S. why is the second to last lvl for stratos soooo much easier than the lvl b4?

on lvl 8 I didnt get silver backs but james got rhinoks.

on lvl 9 I get silverbacks but the opponent only gets up to abominations....

heh and I loved coming across the final manalithe which had lik 12 tough creatures guarding it.... only to cast tornado on them and then cloudkill on the manalith while they were in the air >: )
