Internet play

Hwey guys, has anyone actually FINISHED an entire game of sac on the net? I mean, I've played quite a few games now, and not once have I been able to see it through to the conclusion (sometimes this was a good thing, 0 souls and 4 angry jabberockys and attendants all headed towards my altar ;p), but it's really frustrating when your constantly seeing "network resynch" and then you either freeze up or get booted out of the game. I do have the latest version of the patch, and I like the online play, I would just like to be able to see a battle through to the end, good or bad. If anyone has any ideas, Id welcome any suggestions..

I have played many many games to conclusion. One of them was over 1.5 hours long. I've seen very few network glitches.

Interesting. I have never seen any network latency or out of synch-ness in any of the online games I have played. Always smooth and always to completion. What speed are you connected at online?

I run cable@home...Atleast (at the VERY least) I see network resynch once a game. Sometimes, such as in the last game I played, if someone leaves the game it shows the chat message from the top of the screen to the very bottom. I doubt that it's my card (diamond v770, a little out of date but I have 0 problems in the SP mode)
Anyone know how to check ping ingame?

Do you have a firewall? That could be screwing things up.

Nope, no firewall. This box is just for games. All my work info is on the other 'puter. I'm connect at 114.5k atm. Shouldn't be seeing too much latency..
