Default Skirmish maps, how do you play them

I'd like to play just on a map against few wizards, but there is only one map in the skirmish (tha map that was played on the E3) how do i play downloaded maps or self-made maps?

BTW excellent game!!!!!

Choose multiplayer mode and select local game
then just add as many computer players as you want.
