| I need to register | Drawing out the argument Ok guys, I see you like to argue about whether Messiah should use FP or TP views. I also see that you've ended that argument. Well, now it's my job to set it alight again!
MWAH-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA!!!!
Well, I definately think that Messiah uses an excellent combination of the two. It NEEDS a TP View for the most part (especially considering the amount of 'physical contact' there is in the game. It's not about shooting - it's about possessing, neck-snapping, rib-kicking, kissing and seeing who you've possessed and watching them walk around. FP mode is rightly used for sniping. Any foolish moron who thinks the market needs another Half-Life clone is completely wrong. If you want a FPS including an angel - buy Requiem: Avenging Angel. You get to possess people and use a whole range of other God-given powers (and guns too) without having to toddle around in your dyper. No, you play a big angel with a big, stubbly square-jaw and a Mohawk hairstyle. So why should Messiah be exactly the same? Besides, the fact that Bob is a little cherub would make all the enemies seem absolutely MASSIVE in FP mode, it would be stupid! STUPID, DO YOU HEAR?!
If you want me to re-open anymore old wounds just let me know.
Bye. |
