How can I make my site worth reading?

I'm just curious.. The old 'news page' bit didn't work... I wonder what kind of content I can put on Shiny-News to make it worthwhile.. I don't want it to be redundant however... Sacrifice.net does a great job of describing Sacrifice, etc...

If you really want to put it to good use you could consider making it a tactics site for Sacrifice and other Shiny games?

Full of hints and tips and strategies to outwit and out-manouvre your enemies. You could ask players to send in their best strategies and quirky tricks.

You could also store and distribute player made multi-player maps designed in Scapex. It could be a HUB for everything Sacrifice.

I'm sure once the game hits the streets, many will surf the web looking for ways to improve their game in the fastest way possible.

Even after playing the game for over a year, most of the team are still learning countless new methods and strategies, and everyone on the team is looking forward to the day when we can actually just sit down, and improve our game without worrying about deadlines. I'm sure most gamers can teach us a thing or 2

Lowlight, if your considering getting back online why not join me? I know you have connections to IGN and Gamespy have a policy against stealing sites from other servers but I see no reason why we couldn't work together as strategy guides, news when it happerns (I'm UK so I can't update during the US evening as I'm asleep) and general sections are what my site needs.
