Srsly, wtf. This angers me. I pay 60 bucks for games that I cant even play single player with now because the stupid network has been down for about 4 hours now.

Im hearing rumors that this is a plot by sony to get people to buy the new slim ps3's to boost sales, and / or start a "pay-to-play" service.

I dont believe either of them, but I wish something like this would have happened on a weekday when I dont have the day off from work and planned on a 12 hour marathon of modern warfare 2.

Ironically, if you look this issue up on google, thats what people are complaining about, is the fact that they cant play either Modern Warfare 2 or Heavy Rain. And with Bad Company 2 due tomorrow, I wouldnt be surprised if people switch to 360 overnight just to get that game.

I'd rather take a network failure every now and then instead of the 25 % hardware failure rate of the 360, and having to pay for multiplayer when you already pay for the game and for the internet.

With the ever-rising computer specs on each new game that comes out, I couldnt play anything after the Spore expansion pack. I doubt I could play Bad Company 2. Thats why I went to consoles. Plug and play.

I'm not going to bash any of the consoles because I own both a PS3 and 360 and can say I've had my fair share of problems with each.

Im hearing its a individual console issue. I would laugh all the way to the bank if there was a giant recall. I'd sell all my ps3 games, probably use a grenade to blow up the console, and buy a 360.
