blites are a very good gaurdian creature! i dont know how but since they are draining health they are so hard to kill if ya dont have enough ranged!

Yes that could be possible. Blights are some strong creatures for level 3. If they are gaurdianed they may can take out a taurock. Of course there must be 2 blights gaurdianed then......

Negative!

Any melee can take out guardianed blights when attacking the manalith itself and blights are way not the toughest units at lvl 3. Their attacks also are quite infrequent so they can hardly kill sped up high-damage melee or critters like tauroks or trolls before they get killed by the damage they take from the manalith-link.

have you tried putting two blights on a lith?
hard to kill lith since the blights will drain life when attackiung the melee units.

A tiny group of ranged or even a few blasts of Lightning from a distance will put an end to this.
Blights for me come into their own against Lvls 1 to 4 Melees only. To which I owe Fusil the pleasure. http://www.veforums.com/smile.gif

Hey guys...We aren't saying that there are ONLY blights gaurdianed. There could be ranged to, abonimations and that stuff. But since you don't have those in the 3 level, necryls and fallens are better choices.

yes. blights i think are a great last stand unit. i only gaurdian if i have a lith in front of the guys alter or am backed up to my alter.

Hehe I dont think Guardianing neccesarily guarantees losing. It is so much fun to guardian a few high level critters to an manalith that is directly in front of your opponents altar.

It can mean the diference between winning and losing in some situations on maps like hamburger hill.
