game servers?!?!??!confused

Hi guys,

Just wondering if any of you can help me? I'm starting my own gaming clan playing on source games like counterstrike and teamfortress and COD 4. I want a good server to play on with like no lag. Just wondering if anybody knows a good provider?

I've looked at a few that my friends are on already,

one called plugpayplay which I think is quite new but looks quite good:
