Looking for tactics on the following scenario
 

You are playing james or charnel.

Start level 4.
12 Souls
2.5 exp rate


Your opponent is using Trolls and Rainbow as opening gambit. What do you do?

Charnel: Get Necryls, plague the trolls. They can't heal, so they should be a lot easier to kill.

They don't heal, but they can be Rainbowed.
Still, Necryls would be useful. Get a couple Netherfiends, they are good against Trolls. Go for a couple Blights too, Air beats Melee. You will need Fallen to take down enemy Shrikes. Also, use Animate dead rather than resummoning since resummoning involves standing still (and getting knocked over by Shrikes). This is a major advantage because it makes Shrikes a far less immediate threat Whenever the Percy player's shield runs out, hit them with Slime.
I would probably go with 2 Netherfiends, 2 Blights, 1 Necryl and 2 Fallen. Add Fallen and Locusts if you can. 4 Locusts should be sufficient to impair his mana regeneration. If you find any blue souls on the map, have the Netherfiends devour them. If you find the Blights to be useless, you might have a Fiend devour them in the middle of the battle, so you lose nothing for trying Blights.

Aha, I see you once again are effectively admitting that you cannot find a way to beat me. My suggestion - take up a new game, hehe!

LOL I knew you'd come across this. Im doing advance research for when I go back to playing persephone (whom we both agreed was too tough and then you started to use her, insidiously) and you re-commence cryin "I can beat you when you play Perse". That way I can email you the URL to this thread and you might have a chance!
