Ok, do you have an proof? The rumors have been on the net since BF2142's release (and even earlier in some places)

BF hasen't been what it used to be since 1942 tbh.
That game was ace !

Enjoyed bf2 for the first few weeks but then i suddenly got bored of it and wanted to good old fighting of BF 1942.
Face it a slow plane that goes RATATATATATATATATA when you shoot is much cooler then a jet which could go from 1 corner of the map to another in less then half a minute.
Also got sick of the jet whores and the 24/7 artillery on your head.
And 1942 had sea wars which were just awesome, you could control a flight carrier ( bit buggy at times i admit but if they would make it better and fix it up it could be freaking awesome )

I think Battlefield 2 is the best so far and I hope BT3 will not be future combat

Nah bad company will probably end up like BF Vietnam. Anyway, bad company is only for PS3 and xbox 360. Another BF game on the same engine, the frostbite engine, will be released for the computer according to some leaked information, however nothing was ever confirmed. However remember bad company was to have a huge single player focus, something that us PC gamers could very well do without.
