The objective behind having 1000 testers is to make sure atleast a minority do their job successfully. During UO beta they would fix a bug and from that fix cause a new imbalance or bug. That drove us crazy so we pretty much gave up on testing. Shiny is just one of those companies that can take out the trash, clean the kitchen, and scrub the floor before they even release a beta. From my prospective the less time we spend playing and the more time we spend play-testing the quicker the game will be out.

Oh well...I knew my sys specs were too low for the beta, anyway.
I'll just have to content myself with my Crimson Skies preview copy until Sacrifice is shipped to retailers.

School... and travelling to/from school. I get lagged with all the commuting. In fact, I'm in school right now.

But I love every minute of it... it's art related and computer related... so you'll never get bored. Unfortunately, today is a 12 hour (almost) school day minus the 1 hour plus travelling. Hence, the "I need sleep" bit.
