I think the Shiny team are losers for now letting everyone who posts on the forums into the test. I mean come on, people who havn't even been following the game got into the test. This is ridiculous. Many of us here have been awaiting the beta test, and some loser punks who manage to find the site get into the test?!! What the heck is this?!

ANd also, Tciny got into the test.....what a surprise......not like it was fixed or anything.........

2 months is actually a VERY long time.....

Think of this......every day you visit sacrifice.net and everyday you read the forums multiple times....

Now do this for 2 months and the hours really start to add up.....

Pumbert, as if that was something special. I had to wait a year myself. You have no idea how badly I wanted to play the game during that time...

Sorry to the members of the boards who didnt get the oportunity to be part of the beta test, but...the shiny team of losers has absolutely nothing to do with this!! We werent consulted on who should get in. The beta test is run by the guys at interplay, and all they are interested in are the machine specs and covering the widest spectrum of people who applied. Maybe they chose people who werent that familiar with the game for that reason. To see what they would think as a relative newcomer..maybe to test the impulse buy potential.
We certainly suggested letting all the loyal posters to this board be in on it, but they dont listn to us.
We just make the game.
For those who did get in, its a chance for you to test the multiplayer aspect, but all the fans will be able to play the single player when it comes out. At least the beta test guys will have something else to look forward to.

Actually I chose the beta testers from the near 10,000 entries that I had to read through, sort by machine, video card and location to name a few things.

The beta testers have been selected on previous experience, machine, video card and geographic location only .... there weren't any shortcuts.

If people have a hard time accepting those facts then I'm sorry... what would you like me to do ... hold up the game while I prepare extra CD's, etc.

Beta Testers will have to sign an NDA which prohibits any screenshots, discussions, distribution of anything connected with the beta to anyone or anywhere other than Shiny or the Gamespy Forums that will be setup for the test.

Anyone abusing this will be removed from the test. I don't want PR/ Marketing Plans ruined or Game Secrets revealed before the game has been released ... that is not fair.
