This has many...MANY more options that Fraps. Sure if you want a simple FPS display you can use Fraps for Xfire, but with Rivatuner I have it set to increase my cards fanspeed 10% for every 5 degree increase in core temperature. I monitor my GPU temp, my CPU temps (all four cores), RAM usage, Video Memory usage, ambient case temperature and I could monitor a host of other things.

Best part is NONE of it takes up screen room over my game since I can display it all on my G15 keyboard.

I've tried fraps before...I don't like the watermark that shifts the entire screen to the left on the demo version.
