Prey Error at installation?

When I go to install Prey, it moves ahead a bit until it gets to the pk.ooo.pk4 file or whatever it is called. Then it says Feature Transfer Error, what is wrong and how do I fix it?

Your Prey DVD is wrong, you have to exchange it in the shop you buyed the game !!!
