The first real game I can remember playing is C&C: Red Alert. That game was scripted so insanely well the AI was better than actual AI's for years to come. The entire series had me clawed to the screen for years, and I expect the new one to do the same. Love it.

Yea, the AI was pretty nice in the game... It's been quite a while ssince I played that nice game. Unfortunately the only thing that bugged me at times was how the Allies could make those carriers and pretty much destroy a Soviet base quickly. That and how you could trick the AI at times with cheap little tricks like making a truce with them, send your army into the middle of their base, and break the truce.

When you mean the new one, are you referring to C&C 3?

Geoff Crammond's Grand Prix I:

I spent hours on that when I was like 5 or 6, it was easily the best F1 sim of its time. Later on I bought Grand Prix 2, which was basically the same as the original except with decent (textured omgwtf) graphics and actual licensed cars from the early 90's.
