I tried running it under Win2k SP2 and had absolutely no luck. There were massive problems with clipping and tearing that were somehow driver related. But once I switched back to Win98SE (running dual boot now), the game runs fantastic.

PIII-952mhz(112x8.5)
Abit SH6 mobo
256 megs CAS2 PC133 SDRAM
Voodoo5 5500 AGP
Plextor 12/20 SCSI CD-ROM
Adaptec 2940UW SCSI controller
Maxtor 40gig 7200rpm ATA100
Win98SE

The game runs perfectly smooth at 1024x768x32 with medium detail settings and trilinear filtering. I might try 1280x1024.

Max runs super on my Dell 1.4GZ, with a NVIDIA GeForce2 GTS, and a PCI64 Sound Blaster and 384Mb of ram. I have been playing it at 1280 by 720 32 bit color and have had no slow downs. Sweet!!!
