Tried it on two systems.

P4 1.7Ghz
Asus P4T
512MB PC-800 RDRAM
Visiontek Geforce3
2x 18GB Seagate Cheetah 15,000RPM Ultra160 HDDs
Sound Blaster Live Platinum 5.1
Pioneer 16x/40x DVD-ROM
6453 points on 3DMark 2001.
Max Payne runs like a dream at 1280x1024x32 with everything maxed out and Quincunx FSAA enabled (although I generally leave it off since you can barely tell a difference at that resolution).

P3 600Mhz
Intel SE440BX-2
128MB PC-100 SDRAM
Hurcules Prophet 2 GTS
Maxtor 30GB 7200RPM HDD
Sound Blaster Live Platinum
Toshiba 6x/36x DVD-ROM
2146 points on 3DMark 2001
On this system I run it at 800x600x32 with graphics maxed out and it runs very well. It slows down in two places. In the garage level, which seems to be the most hardware intense level in the game. And at the beginning of levels while it's still loading some stuff.

On both systems Max Payne runs bug free, never had a crash, lockup or video error.

Might want to keep this thread going so it doesnt look like everyone has problems with the game. It kinda looks like that because most people that have the game and is working properly is playing it.....
