Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory problem
 

Ok I bought this game on my vacation in North Carolina. It's the DVD version. Now I installed it on my laptop.

Heres the specs:

Processor: 1.6 Ghz
RAM: 896
Video Card: Ati radeon Xpress 1150 256MB
OS: Windows XP Pro
DVD RAM Drive

Now the problem is I installed it and I clicked to go on it. Then it told me to entery "A Disk key" so I took out the box, opened it and entered the Install Key Code. Guess what? It said I was wrong! I entered it tens of time each time very carefully but it still said it was wrong. Then I consulted the manual, which never said anything about "A Disk key" but I did find a "CD Key" on the back of the manual. I then entered that one. To which much suprise, was wrong. And when I clicked retry the code had dashes in it every 6 characters plus the 0 was missing. What the hell is the problem with this? I checked every where on the box in the manual and on the game disk its self. But every thing I entered in any combination was wrong. So I uninstalled it and am about to re-install hoping that'l fix it. But if not help would be appreciated.
