There are some good games I want to see made for PC that are currently only going to be made for Xbox 360. Need For Speed: Carbon, and Test Drive: Unlimited.
I still don't think that Console will overrun PC though. PC's are upgradeable, and can do MUCH more than consoles, as well sa they have a much larger storage capacity for a broader range of things. I'm just wondering though, does anyone know how much it really takes to port a game designed for Xbox 360 over to PC?

What I don't understand is this...if you use a pc to design, develop, & animate a game for consoles, & I am sure they test it on a pc, why don't they release them on pc? I read that at the last e3, quite a few ps3 demos were being run in real time on sli equipt pc's.I want to play warhawk(ps3) on a pc. that is one I know they ran on a pc at e3... & as far as auto aim vs mouse, one word: headshot. that is all, carry on.

the august issue of PC Gamer. Let me clarify, Xbox360 users & pc users will be able to play together. It is called "Live Anywhere".

PC Is Amazingly good it will never get baten by xBox,xBox360,PS1,PS2,PS3,PS4000 etc. etc.

Its not goin to happen. You know, PC games might get wiped out eventully but not by consles. Maybe by like a Virtual Reality thing.

On certain games;). I will bet all of these games will be non-fps games. They won't let Halo 2 players play on a xbox and PC.

And all this "OMG a mouse is better than a gamepad" crap is stupid. If you know what you are doing with a gamepad, you can hold your own and beat people with mice. I doubt you people have seen some of the good Halo 2 players on XBL.

The XBox is killing PC games in a way, but it isn't because it is better, it's because it sucks. Look at CoD2, Oblivion, and BiA. All are potentially near-perfect games, but because they were all designed for the console first, they just arn't up to par with their predecessors(or in the case of BiA, it just isn't as good as it could be). Acually I mostly blame it on the shrinking attention spans of human's these days.

In a year or so though it won't be a problem because PCs will be more powerful then the next gen systems again, so it will be the best platform to create games on.
