Punkbuster Problems

After when I have finished installing Joint Operations: Typhoon Rising and Escalation. When i went into a game after when i got a kill the game kicks me out, because it says something like punkbuster couldn't be activated even though i did activated it. I tried uninstalling and re-installing the whole game and even updated it again but still does the same thing. what is wrong with it?

ive got the same problem, now! how did you fix it? >.<

ah.... heres what you do go into a server any server at all after you get into the server press Ctrl + ~ (tile) then type in "pb_security 0" and thats it. if you can't get into a game server just use Notepad in the Notepad type in "pb_security 0" again and save the file as "pbcl.cfg" and drag it or copy it to your Joint Ops "pb" folder and that should be it. Hope you understand it!!

why this is happening? Other servers have this problem and other not. Is this about the version of PB we got instaled? How we go back to the old version? I have a server and i want to be most compatible.

Hey I am having some problems with punkbuster. No I have not tried what Crow94 has said. I just wanted to let you all know what msg is coming up.

When I'm in a game for a little while I get booted and this msg comes up:

has been Kicked via punkbuster (for 0 mintues)... This PB Server Requires (A1343 C1.243) Error loading pbag (GDC041)

And sometimes the msg changes just a little, but most of the time its that one. I have downloaded "PunkBuster Setup v2.7" so I can update, but it doesn't. Any help would be nice. Thank you.

http://www.evenbalance.com/index.php...support-et.php,,,,,,,,, ok try that it will say it is for the Wolfenstein or what ever but all punkbusters files are the same click on were it says updates download and read that fully and it may help our whole squad has done and we still have issues with a few people.

It isn't necessarily an issue with your machines gents.... It could be that the servers Running punkbuster haven't updated.
You may be updated, but they aren't.
