My dad... I remember playing our Sega Genesis together all the time when I was 3 or 4. And then when I got to see him again [around 7 or so], we played his N64 constantly.

Some of my best memories with him are gaming-involved, actually, haha. Just spending the weekend beating Super Mario 64 or Mace: The Dark Age, or going to rental places and spending like an hour just browsing the games section. ^_^

won't you help to sing

these songs of freedom?

i was a young boy and my parents bought me computer. It's a simple formula really. Commodore 64 was my first, and, I know this is 'uncool', but they really don't make games like they used to. The difficulty level of games on C64 was immense. And because of that, highly addictive. It would be so satisfyig and exciting if u progressed a little bit further. Most games now you can complete easily in no time. All graphics. Tekken takes about half an hour to complete and you could do it closing your eyes.

I got into gaming when I was like 5 when my dad came home from work one day with computer. It had a few games on it and was only green and black, I think it was a 386 or something. Later on I got a super nintendo for xmas one year with super mario world and LOVED it. I think the first day I got it I played for like 12 hours. :P
After that we got out first computer(the other was a borrowed one) it was 200mhz and thats when I got into computers fully. We never had the internet though, i've only had it for about 4 years I think.

PanAm should make some friends
Default Re: How did you get into gaming?

My friend used to have a Nintendo 64, I loved it. Playing Mario was the best.
Then I bought an Xbox a few years ago, and loved it.
Now, just this last year, an LAN Center just opened in my neighbourhood, so I go there quite regularly to play some Battlefield 2.
Then, finally, just this year I built my own Gaming Machine.

One of my cousins introduced me to the mega drive when I was but a wee lad. Sonic the Hedgehog, Samurai Showdown, Mega Bomberman...I miss those days.

I started when I was about 9, I got a SNES for Christmas and the first games we got were Super Mario RPG, Super Mario Kart, and Mario Paint. I have been in love with Nintendo ever since.
