6 years a go i started playin CS at my friend's house.
liked it so much started playing myself.
then i moved on to other games.. and yea started playin games ever since
I used to have consoles like the sega megadrive, then after that the super nintendo and so on. But what got me into muliplayer FPS and just computer gaming in general was when I used to go to my friend's house and play on his networked computers.
Don't get me wrong though, I still loved the old consoles.
Anyway, we used to play games like Duke Nuken 3D, Doom 95, Heretic, Hexen etc. We all used to vs each other and play co-op. My brother too. So then me and my brother wanted computers and have them networked . Back then I didn't know shit about computers though.
We loved it though because we'd never done anything like it before.
Well, it all started for me at a laundry mat with Pac-Man. The first game I played reguarly was Mario Bros, and Contra (NES). Some NES games are still the best of all time, like Battletoads and Double Dragon. Remember: Skate or Die??? I was around 6 i think. Later, we moved to Guam, and I constantly played Street Fighter 2 and Final Fury 2. Don't forget: Streets of Rage 2 and 3!! I had a Sega Genesis, N64- Golden Eye and Perfect Dark. I challenge ANYONE. If logistics work out (ie someone can find the console and game, and we happen to be in the same place at the same time), then you shall meet your demise!!! Held on to the N64 until we moved and I got a pc. First PC game I bought was Civ2, follwed by Civ3 and Bridge Commander. The rest is history.
I got my first pc when I was about seven, it was a windows 3.1 affair with floppy disk games, with Doom 2 already on it, was a great game for the time. I got a few more floppy disk games like LHX - some chopper game and this really piss game "Xenobots". That was my first real experience with PCs, about 2 years after I got a PC with windows 95 and a CD-ROM drive... . That's when it really began, with games like Quake and Dark Forces. Then about 2 years after that I got a half competent computer and started playing games like Rainbow six... The rest is history, a few more new computers down the line... and about a hundred games later.
Also got a PSone, an XBOX and an XBOX360 somewhere in between that, but I've never been a massive console fan, though I loved the first Medal of Honour games for the PSone.
You took what was not yours, Went against your own bible, You broke your own laws, Just to out do the rival...
Warcraft II. I first played it when I saw my brother Play it. I watched him for awhile, then he let me play. I became addicted. I love that game, I still do.

I love being a nerd
I started gaming when I was about 8 or 9 when I first got N64, I played Super Mario, Pokemon Snap and Mario Kart. I didn't do any online stuff until I got Starcraft last year, and I had fun now I'm kind of bored of it but I'm gonna go play it right now anyway.
I first got into gaming when I bought my C64.
Text gaming FTW ZORK!
Atari, Intellivision, Sega, Nintendo, etc followed.
Check out how much a video game cart was back then and then compare it to the pay rate. It was freakin nuts.
