Oblivion Question I bought oblivion right when it came out for PC and it was rated T. Now im seeing that its rated M. Are there new changes in the game that make it M, or did it change ratings but its still the same game. |
Re: Oblivion Question its the same game, but the geniouses at the rating thingy found out that there were blood and half nake bodies in the game.... |
Re: Oblivion Question It happens from time to time; something is rerated and it is resbumitted to stores.. GTA SA for example. |
Re: Oblivion Question The geniuses at the Evangelist Software Rating Board didn't bother to check the content of the game the first time around, so once they heard about what was in it they re-rated it. For those of us outside the United States (and above the maximum age ratings anyway) it doesn't really matter in the slightest. And to be honest, stores are so utterly lax about this stuff that it probably doesn't matter to those of you inside the United States either. |
Re: Oblivion Question Mr. Matt is right. It got re-rated because like everyone said there is more blood than they thought, plus you see naked bodies hung... but I mean the genitals are ripped off so there is nothing, but you can see their butt. But who cares? I think one main reason it got RR is because of a certain part. I'll put it in a spoiler, you should only read it if you beat the Dak Brotherhood quest. Spoiler: |
Re: Oblivion Question Could this re-rating also be due to a certain "Nude Mod" ? |
Re: Oblivion Question Yes, pc gamer, they did the same thing they did to San Andreas. But thats only for the PC version. Apparently Bethesda made real-life models then just put clothes over them, and the queer modders unlocked them. Who honestly get pleasure from looking at animated characters??? |
Re: Oblivion Question .. some nerds fore exsample :lookaround: |
Re: Oblivion Question It didn't come with the original game, therefor, it shouldn't have been re-rated. |
