max payne 1 was better IMO, but 2 was a very good game indeed, the one thing I cant stand about the second game is that they changed his face! his face was perfect in 1..

lol its only for the better they changed his face...
in MP2 the face express more emotions..rather in MP1 he looks high all the time...

Well they should have had a more detailed version of the first face.

The first face says: "Im a F***ing bad ass."

The second face says: "Life sux... and WTF IS GOING ON????"

agreed, thye should just ve detailed his first face, the second one is nothing special really.. his first one looked mad, and bad ass

I would say that he looks more... human in the sequel, not just: My wife and kid is just being murdered, Im looking for revenge... IM THE KING OF THE WORLD

The first face was like one of the people working on the game, in the second game they had a big enough budget to have software that could render those simple things. The first face, looks like he just sucked a lemon.

yeaps true, just a confirmation about max payne 3 and then nothing for 2 years, so must be a dead game.

well, time goes by anyway, it might come someday.. and hopefully the movie will too, I thought about it being a perfect idea for a movie since I first played it in 2001
