Desecrating

To desecrate someones altar you ghave to be near it and you have to cast that spell over one of your creatures, a sac doctor then picks it up and the desecration begins http://www.veforums.com/biggrin.gif

So hold your head up high
Let everyone see your weapons
Let the enemy quake in fear
At the sight of peace
Marching down the road
Holding its guns up
Higher than its head

I just got the game yesterday? I'm in the 3rd training mission. I'm trying to get to the enemy altar but I keep getting the same message "over here" and then I'm teleported away. Am I missing something? I can't pass the mana fountain to approach. Please help the newbie.

You have to follow the instructions in the tutorial exactly. If you get ahead or out of sequence this problem occurs.

You have to "Sacrifice" one of your units at the enemy's altar.
Your higher level units will do more damage to the enemy than your lower level units.

In general, if my enemy has a low amount of total resources, I will sacrifice a lower level unit (one worth 1 or 2 souls) and then hunt him down. If my enemy has a medium to higher amount of resources, then I will sacrifice a higher level unit (one worth 3 souls or more) and then hang out near his altar or other strategic area where I think he'll show up.

Hope this helps,
Kaliro
