Default Matrix Online?

Does anyone here own or play Matrix Online? I was looking at investing in it, but only if there is enough people taking part.

Anyone who does play it, where are the servers based and what, if any, is the monthly out lay? University doesn't pay particularly well.

Well... i have heard it is not at all what you would expect. especialy from a concept based on technology. If you are looking for a good mmog title... I would highly recommend "city of heros (and or) city of villians". both are absolutly great games, with a huge community. they do require a monthly server fee. but are updated constantly. i am actualy doing a contest on here for a free 14 day trial of city of villians!!

Go Die...

I don't play it, because I heard you need to pay monthly fee and I simply can't afford it... The game looked fun to me though.

Yeah, to me too. I loved The Matrix films and the Animatrix too. I played, shit what was it called? Enter the Matrix (I think) until I got bored by the lack of Agents to fight. I've also heard that The Path of Neo or whatever the new one is called is fuckin' gash, so I opted to not invest.

This one though, I dunno. Can you play as an Agent, or like a machine or something? Or is it just as human characters?

Well it was shite on release, but from what I hear it has improved drastically and you can probably still pick up a cheap copy on play.com. Go do some research on the forums, that's the best way to find out what the communities like [take all the moaning and bitching with a pinch of salt though].

Well, that's funny, 'coz I read alot of articles about it when it first came out and they all said it sucked bad.
