I happen to keep coming back to this game. It always had something Q II didn't have, and that was it didn't suck.

That game was the best. I have probably spent more time playing that game than any other in my life.

You should try the SBX 3.1 mod, really improves the game a lot.

Yeah, SBX was fun, but I always forgot to run Patch Commander when I wanted to play it. Anyway, played some more and got me the perfect wallpaper for school:

These guys always scared me a little, since they have the nasty tedency of sneaking up on you and taking a chunk out of your back. Now I'm gonna see if I can make any of my classmates crap themselves...

Ugh, that was one of my least favorite places in the entire game. I use to just Force Speed and fire my blaster as fast as I could through that place. Those things really did give me the creeps in the dark like that. That side passage was a great hiding place for them.

Perhaps you'd like to play multiplayer sometime?

I've never actually tried MP before, since we never had a decent internet connection before and my computer always got stuck with no internet, so I just played a lot of SP as I also didn't really start with mods for it until March this year. I finally installed JK on this computer, so I'm going to try to figure how to set up my router to let me play it online. I'll send you a PM when I figure it out.

I have some pretty big screenshots, so I decided to put the screens in spoilers, to help out my fellow 56kers.
Spoiler:


My division of Union troops, numbering 10,000 men.



My division on the move, marching towards the sound of the guns!



My boys come upon the enemy, and start to engage them. The piles of bodies are a testament to the ferocity of the Rebel defenders.



Same shot as above, but a different angle.



The front lines, down and dirty with the troops. The Rebs are holding well, making us pay for each foot of ground with our own blood.



After the battle. My boys pushed 'em back, but paid a fearful cost. The slain lay in rows precisely as they had stood in their ranks a few moments before.



Carnage.



The final toll. Both armies paid a fearful cost.
