Not only that, but this is the only game I've ever played with a Tazer in it, and by god you get a lot of sadistic pleasure from shooting people with it. Even if they're compliant hostages...
My thoughts exactly.
to add other titles that haven't been named yet.
Quake 3 is still fun especially with special gamemodes like freeze tag there is also a large selection of mods which I'm not sure if alot of people play them since I lost my game and the cd-key that came with it.
jediknight 2 and jedi academy aren't bad games either, mix of 3rd person/1st person shooter.
there is Unreal tournament 2004, with a large selection of good mods(since you like indoors more, you'll proably like the mod fragops) shame noone plays the other mods, I would have liked to play that starwars mod entitled Troopers and also that transformers like game entitled COR.
CS 1.6 is a bit old now, I mean honestly why are people still obsessed with it, It's good for competiton etc. [or I'm told]. Try CSS if you just want to play the game rather than become a pr0 gamer.
Because it has SUPERIOR surf maps to Source& there are people who dont have pc's capable of playing HL2 - like me, but not for long

I don't remember a Tazer in Red Faction... either it was only in the PS2 version, or you're thinking of the second one (which I didn't play due to crapness therefore don't know what weapons were in it).

With 70+ PC games (all from last few years) I tell you to get
Call of duty (most atmospheric game ever and feels like a real battle but none of that vechiles bullshit so dont think of battlefield series)
Half life 2 ( you will love and you will love counter strike source (like better version of sof2) comes free with half life 2)
secondly
Swat 4 (use your brains, will last for ever always more to do on it, make own missions do missions better etc with different plans)
Doom 3 (jump abit appreciate the awesome shading and slaughter hoardes of the armies of hell, so so replayability and great to show friends and take turns playing)
Far cry (master piece its like sof2 with abit of half life 2 and battlefield games but only in terms of afew vechiles so you will like the battlefield part of it)
Star wars: republic commando (stylish and atmospheric, and addictive until single player ends, bad replayability though)
and medal of honor: pacific assault is ok, crap levels in game great levels in game, it feels weird, sometimes you feel uncomfortable and not at home playing sometimes you sit back and think that was awesome or what im seeing is, it feels like brutal rough and tough combat but for that sacrifices control because of animations etc can make somewhat confusing whats going on like is he dead or not is he in range or not etc.
thats it for FPS
if you like big full scale battles and controlling armies in huge groups of men easily then you HAVE TO GET ROME TOTAL WAR, best strategy game EVER, can get up to 10,000 men on your screen at once, 3d units, awesome detail, can see detail on faces like eyes nose etc seperate lips, amazing game and still has a out of battle strategic aspect to it like a board game turn based build your empire kind of thing.
