Uninstall, reinstall; create your account before you EVER begin training. It is paramount you have a logged in account before you continue ANYTHING.

You may wish to change what you had as login to something else.

This is a long time hold over problem from v1.2.

Hope it helps.

Yea, but did you completely clear out everything AA ?

You need go Programs Folder and delete the AA folder also. Then best do a registry clean out program.

It will work, trust me on this one, but ya' gotta' do it totally.

Take heart, at least you got your 2.4 to work at all - I'm still sufferin' tryin' to get mine in - at least I had 2.2 a workin', I can't even get a decent error free download on 2.4.

Version 2.4 is full install only. You can get it from http://www.americasarmy.com/downloads Be sure to uninstall your version and delete the root America's Army directory before installing version 2.4.

Do the uninstall; go to appropriate drive where ithad been installed (C:/Programs/Americas Army )? and delete that folder.

Registry cleaners really depend on what system you are running.

I run XP and use as many as 4 depending on how serious the clean out is intended to be. RegCleaner v4.3.0; RegScrubXP120; AShampoo (unregistered); System Mech 5 (unregistered). The first three are the easiest. SysMech5 has 30 day registration but can be reinstalled repeatedly if you know how to clean the registry .

All are available on the internet.

The usual caveats on registry cleaning apply.
