Stuck, beginning of Red light...
 

I'm stuck in the early stage of the red light district. I've gotten past the first two cops and jumped over the ledges to the three grinder thing. I've tried to jump to the other side via the lower ledge but can't seem to fly all the way. Help please ;-)

First of all, you must start at the upper ledge. Try dropping a bit and hanging onto the ledge, then shimmy under the grinders.
