Trainer does not work!

I downloaded a trainer from www.nfscheats.com and I put it in the installed directory and then I ran it but no new cars or tracks were unlocked, everything was the same as it was before!! help please! How do i get this trainer to work right? BTW i have tried redownloading the file too
