messiah locks/crashes when "loading"
 

Help! I'm in the radiation area, at the basement (at the bottom level for the first elevator encountered), and as I'm exiting the basement room, the program says "loading", but nothing more happens; things just hang, and I've got to hit reset.

I've got a AMD 450, voodoo3 PCI, soundblaster live (value edition), and 128 megs of memory. All tsr programs are out except for the mouse and sound card.

Please help!!!!

What version are you running? (D3D or glide)

Have you updated all your drivers?
(including DirectX7.0a as required)

Is this a consistent error?

Try adding -v to the command line. (If you don't know how to do this check http://www.messiah.com/f-troubleshooting.htm)
