"Not a valid Win32 application." issue I've seen this problem mentioned quite a few times on multiple forums. I think that this prob needs a good explanation.
This is regarding the infamous "Not a valid Win32 app." error. Here's my situation.
AA is downloaded from AAfiles.com and appears on the desktop. Upon double clicking on this icon I receive the message:
"C:\Documents and Settings/USER/Desktop/americasarmy230_aafiles.exe is not a valid Win32 application".
I've also tried downloading a copy of this game from another site and I encountered the same thing. AA appears as an .exe file, but the icon looks like some sort of WinRAR/WinZip type file. I've tried to unzip this file with no avail. I've also renamed the file in hopes that it'd help it.
I don't have any AA game installed on my pc whatsoever. Should I try an earlier version and then update? I really don't know what to do. I'd appreciate help asap. Would someone PLEASE help fix this issue. |
