Loyalty Problems
 

Often when i am playing the single player game, I have conquerd 3/4 of the world in like 100 years everything seems to go wrong all at 1nce, what am i doing wrong?

Things that happen all at the same time! -

atleast 3 Armies come back from the dead with huge armies.
8-10 provinces rebel constantly! even with 1000 men in them.
My Generals have no loyalty
Every single remaining side makes me an enemy?

I am building churches, have bishops to calm the population, My King is not the worst king youve ever seen, it makes me cry sometimes lol :(.

Is there any way to guarantee than once you exterminate a faction that they will never! come back in that game?

How best to make sure your Generals/Princes mature with cood command skills and loyalty?

Assassinate all the people who don't like your king. Won't fix it, but it's fun.

This happens and there is nothing to do to stop it. Here's some advice, make sure you have at least 2 huge armies in each province and make sure you still have some extras. It happened to me and all the factions declared war and they killed me. Well, they didn't kill me, I just quit.
