Recommend me some PS2 games plz
 

I need some more games for the PS2, I only have DDRMAX2 and I can't play that all day, lest I die of exhaustion.

Any games you'd like to recommend?

I would prefer survival/horror games but I also like RPGs, Racing and Fighting games.
I like FPSs and RTSs but I don't like the playability of them on PS2. FPSs and RTSs should stay on PC where you can use a mouse, IMO.

PS2 has good games so it may seem odd coming from a halo fanboy but i kno some good games

racing games hmmmmmmm well grand turismo is coming out check that 1
fighting tekkens r ok theres also the street fighter anniversary collection
and if u dont have the GTA's i reccomend those 2

Two awesome RPGs are Kingdom Hearts (Kingdom Hearts 2 is on the way), and Final Fantasy X and X-2... A good fighting game is Soul Caliber, an upcome racer (Grand Turismo 4 ) looks awesome, but probly best to stick to GTA: San Andres...

fighting- (if you dont have it, belive its avaible on other platform consoles) virtura fighter 4 evolution

im a big fps fan i dont really know too many good fighting games or racing
besides the ones stated above
i dont know if its really your slice of pie but you should check out 3rd person shooters
i belive its a lot easier to aim then fps in consoles
and it still holds a lot of the action found in most first person shooters
my sugestion is to pick up max pyane, and hitman 2 if you dont already have it for pc (im guessing that you might) but if you do i would recommend GTA 3 SA (coming out this october)
also i heard the new need for speed game was pretty good

soul calibur 2 is fun for fighting games,

for racing games if you dont like really realistic racing games then id recommend Burnout 2, or you can wait till Burnout 3 (which will be kick-ass) which comes out sept.

for survival horro, try the ones already posted, resident evil or silent hill

Waht ever you do DO NOT! Get NFS Underground 2 or Underground 1. Insted get NFS hot pursiut 2(hotpursit 1 was on the PS1) And GT4/GT3:D. And Try MOH Frontline. I'm, not sure if you ever herd of Ace combat 4 If you can find it get it. And there coming out with Ace combat 5 in the fall

NO, you should get them as well. They are highly polished well done racing games. I wouldn't really recommend Gran Turismo however...its quite boring. No, not quite, its VERY boring.

He is right, it is boring.....if you have zero skills and no ability to learn.
If you like kiddie smash the gas racers, then Underground is the game for you. :lol:

You also need to learn common racing words like apex, Understeer(nasty issue i have when going to fast around corrners), and oversteer. And you need to know alot of car atomny.
I'd love to see a replay of Exploder playing Gt3:lol:

i would suggest mgs2, very solid game, and GTA: vice, or GTA3 if ur cheap.

Bloodrayne. Mindless Nazi killing with vampires thrown in. Pretty cool murder scenes too.

Manhunt is pretty good too if you like stealth action. Along those same lines, I would say Splinter Cell and MGS2 as well.
