All that the Xbox is, is a powerful computer put in and ugly box and called a console, and all that microsoft does is buy game companys and make them make games for the Xbox, beside the "greatest game of them all" Halo was actually being developed for Mac and it wouldve had 30 weapons , and under water stuff AND air stuff (besides banshees) Then microsoft seeing this killer game and that it was for mac, they bought bungie, and for some reason changed it so it has only 7-8 weapons and no water-air stuff (dont know why ) So it isnt really a console, its just a crappy combination of the GC and PS2 (both are great ) with games that they just bought from companies. Oh yeah and they lose money on every one they make, sonow they are getting rid of some stuff

You're both wrong. It was going to be for PS2. Instead, Bungie heard about XBox and it's superior technology and switched the two. (See below for bad PS2 model)
XBox and Gamecube are the best. XBox needs more soul. That's all. It'll be totally accepted by the next generation and seeing as how well they're (GC and XBox) doing, I hope PS2 becomes less mainstream and dies. Now, THAT has no soul.
