Default How is this game compared to BF: Vietnam??

BF: Vietnam pisses me off.

people (even the AI) buzzez around trying to get a kill usually with no tactics or co-operation at all! Besides, the speed of the game is just so weird, and it keeps lagging/stutter a lot, so all in all, an un-realistic game.

Take my conclusions of BF: Vietnam, is Joint Operations almost the same stuff? perhaps I should wait a few days for Doom III to be released, or perhaps some fellow forum members here could tell me a little about it?

Joint Ops I would say is worth gettin ,Online play is good ,i find it lags less than BFV and the Helos easier 2 fly ,the game looks fresh on the updated BHD engine ,and if u want good team work join a clan , theres plenty lookin 4 recruits ,if u dont want 2 join a clan there players out there that will join up with u 2 complete a objective anyway, in any team game u get a few lonewolfs its usally newbies gettin used 2 the game or snipers. The games r simular but i think joint ops wins it, thats my thoughts on it.And 4 Doom 3 i think the singleplayer side will b great but multy wont b a patch on the other games already out there, Im gonnae buy Doom 3 & HL2 but ill still b playin Joint Ops aswell

Yea jacobite pretty much said it all.

THe lag is FAR less than BF:V, so that's a definite plus! Flying is a lot easier than BFV, but than that also means that there's none of those "select few 1337 pilots".

Im not going to explain the rest. I would pick Joint Ops over BFV any day.

thanks a lot for the help! I think I'm going to get the game.. but then again, Doom III is soon to be released in a few days (isn't it?) and I love the HL and resident evil series aswell

But the thing is that I can't afford both Joint Ops and Doom III at once, so to make it quick: which should I get first? Perhaps I should buy Doom III when it's released and while I'm saving up money for Joint Ops I should play BFV?? Or just go straight onto the case and buy Joint Ops? (I don't have any experience with the Doom series before at all)

BFV is better in than JO in the stbility of the game an how you are able to mod it of JO had more of a platform to edit its maps units an import i might give it a better raiting but i lik it over all.
