I need help with the training!

I can't finish the second special forces mission, it's impossible!
The one where you can't be detected by the people in the watch towers with spotlights
Can someone tell me how to get to the checkpoints, or at least give me a map?
I've finished all the other missions, except for the advanced marksmenship, which i assume is available after i complete this.
THANKS
Bill

to get to advanced marksmenship you have to shoot 36 targets at th first mission with the M16.

We are not able to give you details on how to pass the course. What you need to do is crawl, go slow, and think about what you are doing.

36/40 hits? thats impobo!
I've gotten to checkpoint A at the bridge. I then go into the ditch, turn left, and keep going. Pretty soon i see a fallen tree over the ditch. I would assume that you use this to cross the ditch to get to checkpoint B, seeing that B is on the right, and the bridge after it is guarded.

It isn't impossible, as of right now about 175,000 people are sniper qualified.

Please don't talk about landmarks in any of the training missions. People need to figure it out on their own.

there are already various walkthroughs i have found, but after playing aa i realised its a game in which the training actually means something, it helps to realise that there is a time to rush, a time to be slow and secure and even a time to camp.

Each to their own I suppose. I enjoyed the training, it was actually pretty fast pace for me. I am the type of person who will literally spend 24 hours playing a single Operation Flashpoint, setting up the perfect ambush or sneaking quietly through enemy territory.

Re: I need help with the training!

36 sounds very hard.

the M16 or whatever you use, even looking down your sight rail, doesn't have that good accuracy. I tried to get 36 for an hour but couldn't do it. Is the sniper worth it? what other weapons do you get after completing the adv. marksmenship course?

fire on at the top and bottom of your breaths.

there are two adv. marksmen trainings. one alows you to use the M24, the other the M82.

Only if you are good being out by yourself with no backup. If you want to snipe you need to know how to use proper cover and be able to shoot someone with only one shot from across the map. If you are having trouble with the training, probably not. You will find sniping challenging.
