We are starting to close are recruiting and we are looking for some
good people, skilled people that know the game and know how to work
as a team and want a structured squad. We are looking for the following
1)Honor Requirment now: 20 honor minumum
2)Is the age of 15 or higher
3)Plays Active almost everyday
4)Has a mic
5)Wants to play as a team, and learn real army tactics
6)Is willing to participate in matches
7)Is willing to learn tactics

Now, that is a lot, but here are some things about us.
1.Own Teamspeak 2 server
2.AN OFFICIAL LEASED SERVER
3.Strong teamwork skills
4.Actual people in the army/reserves
5.We use real tactics and strategic plans
6.Structured Rank system
7.Training courses with weapons (must pass basic rifle to sucessfully move up to the Pvt. Rank)
8.Our website is located at www.10ir.com, there is an enlistment app on the website.
9.We have entered TWL and are currently signed on 7 different ladders
10. If you meet the requirements of our squad, then after you talk to any of the recruits in -10IR- you may then add the -10IR-Rct. Tag/Rank. This is your first stage, Rct. is Recruit, which is not a Pvt. so not fully into our squad, after you PASS basic training you become a Pvt. If we do not like your attitude or playing skill in basic training, you will not make the squad then you will be asked to take the -10IR-Rct. Tag off.
