I coudn't find it anywhere
I edventualy have to get if off E-bay
a lot of the missions where easy, but some of the later ones where hard (I never could get past the one where you disable the BIG ships turrets before it reaches the Collossus, It always jumped out too fast)
Freespace 2 was definitely a treasure. I could never get a hold of it anywhere so I just downloaded a ripped copy off of a friend. the part that sucked was that the fred2 program was missing and that it would not work with The Babylon project. does anyone know where to find a free version of FRED2 ?
Wow, I had to do a double take to make sure I was in fact seeing a thread about Freespace. Heh. I've got Freespace, Silent Threat, and Freespace 2- all excellent games (ST being an expansion, but whatever). I never did find time to sit down and play through Freespace 2 though, 'course now that you reminded me, I just might.
Please do. it is an excellent game, one of few that should have continued, for it showed us the future of gaming, and truly, that future has just started to arrive. I must warn you however, the levels where you start to find out that there are more Juggernauts, get increasingly difficult and high paced, but it will become enjoyable just as quickly. good luck.
