How do you put a custom Avatar under your name?

Could any body please tell me how to put a custom Avatar under your name.?

its an option in your user profile. look in "edit options"

you can just click here

at the botom fo the page there isa option that will alow you to brouse and upload a .jpg image that is no biger than 100x100 pixil image.
