Default Arithmetic Encoding
Probably not the best place for this topic but, imo, I thought it would be the best place to grab the most attention and the topic isn't really suitable to any other sub-forums.

To any and all who have done (or had a brush with) electronics/communication engineering, would you happen to know how Arithmetic Encoding works?

I probably haven't looked far enough but most of the sites I'm looking up usually give me an explanation in terms of probability rather than an actual example with an actual data stream with discrete value inputs. Anyone with any insights around here?

Well not quite what I had in mind seeing as everywhere pretty much had that but I think I've got an idea to overcome my problem. Thanks for the efforts!

EDIT: Nvm, guy's got more on his YTchannel. Think those might help.
