Though this might be a very worthless topic, but it's something that has followed me since childhood.
I've always wanted to be able to whistle, and not like a loud wolf-whistle, but just normal that I can whistle songs to when bored, or use it in my music sometimes.
There are thousands of "tutorials" on the internet, but I just can't really get it right... I tried the first one here, but still nothing.
Any tips or anyone sharing my suffering?

Well, I whistle by placing my tongue almost against the roof of my mouth - forming a very small V space at the front; slightly overlapping my upper lip with my lower lip and blowing. Can't seem to do it if I keep my tongue on the base of my mouth. But then again I've a slight overbite.
I'd suggest just constantly exhaling and seeing whether you can blow out enough to black out and altering the geometry of your tongue/lips.
I place my tongue against my the back of my bottom front teeth, doing this should arch your tongue(though there shouldn't be much if any of a gap under it, then moving my lips into a very small O shape, then simply exhale from your lungs with a bit of course force, doing so should give you about 3 second notes.
I can't say there's a surefire way to learn it quick. You got to keep practicing it to perfect it on your own. It took me nearly a year to really get it down when I was trying to do this back as a bored 12 year old.
I've trying out some stuff with tounge positioning and whatnot, and I'm getting a very faint note
I've always been able to whistle with... I think it's a really tiny hole between my teeth, so it's a very, very high pitched noise and I try to imitate some kinda bird-sound sometimes... But it looks weird and I don't reach the notes I'd like to reach.
