WANT! That's way cool, and will probably end up being much more affordable than large touch screens :D

The accuracy and responsiveness seem low compared to touchscreens, but this is just a prototype, so who knows. I'd prefer gesture control over greasy fingerprints all over my monitor. Not having to wear reflectors or lights for a camera to detect is also nice.

All of this, that and touchscreens tend to wear out a lot faster because of this, not to mention the wear marks from finger acids and whatnot when the screen isn't cleaned properly on a regular basis *shudder*

It'll definitely get more accurate over time though, the only downside I'm seeing is that there will be more latency than a touchscreen, in the long run it'll amount to less than a second though, so in my opinion that is a small price to pay.

And on a serious note, looks cool, though I fear one day everything will be as simple as a hand gesture. That doesn't necessarily mean it'll be a good outcome either.
