Other than that, there is little connection. Both Twitter and Facebook (along with other social networking sites) are generally about the person who holds the account; letting the world know about their lovely little lives. The forums aren't. They're more about discussion and the sharing of information. Sure, there are similarities, but there is quite a substantial difference between the two. |
